Real Inspiration: Megan & Jon

Megan and Jon got married this summer at Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace, MD.  I actually attended a wedding last fall at Swan Harbor and have to say that its a gorgeous venue.  With the Chesapeake Bay in the background and beautifully maintained gardens, its a great backdrop for your special day!

Photographer Ellen Cohn, Photography by Ellen, captured these images.  Megan's amazing Mikaella gown came from Amanda Ritchey in Fallston, MD. Love the feather detail!

Megan's maids wore Jenny Yoo from Garnish Boutique.  I recently interviewed Garnish owner Mia Antalics, in case you missed it, check it out.  The flower girls wore dresses from JC Penny's.  Megan had a matching Jenny Yoo sash attached to the dresses.

Megan bought the lanterns that lined the aisle from Marshalls and then had her florist, Jonathan's in Forest Hill, decorate them.  Johnathan's also did the centerpieces for the reception.

The table numbers, invitations and other details came from Buddy and Bean on Etsy.  You know how I love Etsy!  Megan also purchased a custom-made image with their names, wedding date, and crab image which she used for menus, place cards, favors, and water bottle labels.  What a great idea!  The favors were laser-engraved crab mallets (using the same image mentioned above) from Bay Imprints in Easton, MD.

Megan decorated a crab bushel basket for their card box using crab lights and ribbon.  How adorable?

Congratulations Megan and Jon!
